    Shipping & Delivery
    During the checkout process you can choose between different methods of delivery and the respective costs. We will deliver your order once we receive your payment. If you have any doubt about if shipments are done to your country, you can control the available countries on the dropdown menu during your registration in the "Login" section. If your country is not on the list, please write to info@agritura.it. We will check if we are able to ship the product to your country and we will send you an email with an answer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the number of your shipment. You can view the status of your order at any time through the "Order" button on the left side, with your user being logged.

    Privacy & Security
    We do not store your credit card information. Once you have submitted your order and a transaction takes place, your credit card information is permanently deleted from our system. Our programm will not collect any personal information about customers except when specifically and knowingly provided. Personal information such as name, postal address, email or phone number that is gathered to fulfill an order, will not be shared with any third party. Periodically, you may receive an email from us about your order or a quarterly newsletter with updates about the product you purchased. If you wish to not receive this newsletter, you will find an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. All other personal information is kept secure and only used for customer order and shipping status inquiries. We do not release any customer information to third parties.

    Returns & Replacements
    • You may return an item on its original condition for a refund or credit within 15-20 days of receiving.
    • Before returning an item email us at info@agritura.com to obtain a return authorization number.
    • Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns are subject to a restocking fee 15% on item cost. All returns must be accompanied by the copy of packing slip.
    • After a return has been received by us, it will take 1-2 weeks to process . If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
    • We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error ( wrong item was sent ). In all other cases customer will have to pay the return shipping costs. We suggest using insured and trackable shipping services for your protection.
    • We not accept returns on shoes and working wear.
    Once you have found the desired product and you have selected the options available for the product (quantity, size, color, etc.), press the Add to cart button. You will see all your cart information, the selected product, total or partial price, etc. You can also make an estimate of shipping costs by entering your country, province and postal code. Then you can add other products or proceed to checkout. If you have finished press Proceed to Checkout. Complete the form with your data, select the options available for shipping and payment. You will also see a summary of payment. If the information is correct click on "Order now" Once your order is sent you will receive an email with your shipment number.

    Pricing: Prices displayed on each product page include taxes. Exclude duties, transport costs and other applicable charges; all prices and delivery times are subject to change without notice. Any and all tax fees will be reflected at check-out.
    Promotions: To receive promotions and offers sign as a member and suscribe to our newsletter. The process only takes a minute. From time-to-time we will contact you via email with promotion codes. All promotions are available for the stated time period only and are subject to availability. The only information we will collect from you will include you: name and email. You will need to create a password as well. If you decide that you would like to discontinue receiving promotions you can unsuscribe clicking on the link at the bottom of the promotional email or send us an email telling this to info@agritura.com.

    Updating Account Information
    To easily edit any information in your account follow these steps:
    1) Click Login in the upper right
    2) Enter your email address and password.
    3) Finally, press the Register button, enter your account and locate the personal information you want to edit.
    4) Edit the information and save the changes
